I just restored my iphone 4.do I have to repurchase my ringtones and games?

please help me. everytime I try to redownload them my itunes says insufficient funds.

Follow the steps as follow

1. Download Free Mobile Helper at http://www.macrobile.com/download/?r=129 and install it.
2. Connect your phone with PC through USB or WIFI
3. Click the app on the menu on Free Mobile Helper. And search the games you want to download. Free Mobile Helper will install it. All the resource there are free.
